Notes:	The CFR Textbook & workbook are BOTH required for this course. Please see the textbook policy for purchasing information and be sure to use the link for the textbook & workbook package. The course is available for registration; however, it is still pending NYS approval.

***IMPORTANT***There is no cost for this course for members of a NYS Certified EMS agency. If you are a member of a NYS Certified EMS agency located within Cattaraugus County, on the next page under "promo code" enter your agency's 4 digit agency code followed by EMT. (ie agency code is 0400, enter 0400EMT in the promo code box). Entering this code will waive the course fee.

If you are a member of an agency outside of Cattaraugus County, leave the promo code field blank. Your fee will be waived once your registration is received and is verified.

This course is intended for individuals looking to become NYS certified Certified First Responders who have never been certified in NYS as a CFR. If you have been previously certified, but your certification has expired, you need to enroll in an CFR Refresher Course. 

Textbooks are required for this course. Students are responsible for purchasing and bringing their textbooks to the course. The County doesn't sell textbooks.
